How it works
Subscribe to a plan
The program is for customers. Any plan qualifies, and your link stays active while your subscription does.
Copy your link
Open Settings, then Referrals, in your workspace. Your link and your referral code are there.
Share it
Send it to contractors you know. Put it in a newsletter, a course, a teaming email or your site.
Get paid
Each time a referred customer pays, you earn 50%. Commissions clear after 30 days and are paid through Stripe on the 1st of the month.
What you earn
50% of the plan price, each time it is paid. The same rate applies to annual plans, on each annual payment.

The rules
- You need an active subscription. If yours lapses, new commissions stop until it is back.
- Credit goes to the last referral link clicked in the 60 days before signup.
- Referring yourself, your own workspaces or your own teammates does not count.
- No ads on the Captivaq name, no unsolicited email, no claims the product does not make. Say that you earn a commission.
- A refund, chargeback or failed payment reverses the commission on it.
The binding version is the affiliate program terms. Joining means agreeing to them.
Questions
- Do I have to be a Captivaq customer?
- Yes. The program is for subscribers. Pick a plan, then turn on your link from Settings, then Referrals.
- What happens if I cancel my own plan?
- Commissions already earned still pay out. Nothing new accrues while you are unsubscribed. Subscribe again and your link picks up where it left off.
- How much do I earn, and for how long?
- 50% of every payment the referred customer makes, monthly or annual, for as long as they stay subscribed and you do too.
- When am I paid?
- A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment clears. On the 1st of each month we transfer your payable balance through Stripe, once it reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over.
- How do I get the money?
- Through Stripe. You connect a Stripe account from the referrals page in a few minutes; Stripe collects your identity, tax details and bank account, and pays you directly. We never see your bank details.
- Does the person I refer get a discount?
- No. They pay the standard price for the plan they pick. Your commission comes out of our share.
- How long is a referral tracked?
- 60 days. Someone who clicks your link and signs up within that window is yours, and the credit lasts for the life of their subscription.
- Is there a limit on referrals?
- No. Refer as many customers as you like. There is no cap on what you can earn.
