What Captivaq is

Captivaq is an AI government contracting platform for companies bidding on public work in the United States and Canada. You describe your company once. From then on it reads the procurement sources for you, ranks what you can realistically win, and turns the solicitations worth pursuing into a drafted bid.

The problem it solves

Public procurement is not hard to access. It is hard to keep up with. The opportunity that fits your company is somewhere in SAM.gov, an agency forecast, a CanadaBuys notice or a provincial portal, and by the time a search turns it up the response window is usually half gone. Small teams lose the work not because they could not have delivered it, but because nobody had the hours to read everything.

Captivaq removes the reading. It runs continuously against your profile rather than waiting for a search, and it starts earlier than the solicitation, at the forecast and the sources sought notice, where positioning still changes the outcome.

What it watches

Every stage of a procurement, in both jurisdictions, linked into one record so a forecast, its solicitation and its eventual award are the same thing rather than three unrelated notices.

  • Acquisition forecasts published by federal agencies
  • Sources sought notices and requests for information
  • Presolicitations and combined synopsis notices
  • Active solicitations, RFPs, RFQs and Canadian tender notices
  • Amendments issued after a solicitation opens
  • Award notices and historical award records
  • Contract option periods and recompete windows

Who it is for

Small and mid-sized companies selling to government: the ones with a real capability and no capture team. That includes first-time bidders working out whether they are eligible, and established contractors who want the recompete calendar handled rather than rediscovered every quarter. Coverage spans US federal contracting and Canadian federal, provincial and municipal tendering, including set-aside programs on both sides of the border.

What it will not do

  • It does not submit your bid. Submission and signature stay with you.
  • It does not set your price. It organises the estimate and shows comparable awards.
  • It does not replace legal or contracting advice.
  • It is not affiliated with any US or Canadian government agency.

Procurement data comes from public government systems. Captivaq is an independent product and has no endorsement from, or affiliation with, any government agency in either country.
