A land surveying company in upstate New York took a week to turn a notice into a bid. Captivaq pulls the requirements, drafts the package, and the owner now finishes the bid the day after the notice posts.

Redstone Surveying does boundary, topographic and construction surveys for state agencies and federal land offices across upstate New York. Hannah Kowalski is the licensed surveyor and the owner.
Survey contracts are small and frequent. The bidding is the bottleneck, because every bid needs the same forms, the same qualifications and a fresh reading of the scope.
